Fricano’s Pizza has been a family tradition and a favorite in West Michigan for over 70 years when Cosimo ‘Gus’ Fricano opened the first Fricano’s Pizza in Grand Haven, MI. His son, Ted, brought the acclaimed pizza to Muskegon’s lakeshore 16 years ago. Located in the beautiful Western Waterfront District, Fricano’s Muskegon Lake offers waterside views, outdoor seating, and a full bar. The kitchen boasts 10 Baker’s Pride ovens, and this ever popular pizzeria has baked and served over 1,400 pizzas in one night! Inside seating accommodates 250 with space for large groups, as well. The authentic Italian family recipe - a perfectly baked 12” thin crust with any of 5 fresh toppings - was named Michigan’s #1 pizza by the Pure Michigan Travel & Tourism website. With delicious food and a friendly staff to serve you, Fricano’s Muskegon Lake is the perfect destination for family events, date nights, celebratory dinners, and more!
Welcome to Fricano’s Sweet Shoppe, an ice cream and dessert parlor with personality and sweet treats for the entire family! Located downstairs from Fricano’s Muskegon Lake — you’ll find an assortment of menu items to tease your sweet tooth.
Transform your favorite childhood flavors into an adult treat with our extensive Grown-Up Menu. It’s similar to the standard menu with an adult twist – alcohol.

Fricano’s Pizza is a local legend. Their crust is the thinnest I’ve seen. You have a choice of 5 ingredients. I like the EBA (everything but anchovies). Their record at the original Fricano’s in Grand Haven was 1,200 pizzas in night.

This is the greatest place to get dessert. No doubt. There is a charming atmosphere and plenty of space! Aside from a wide selection of icecream, there’s cannoli, bread-pudding, and flourless chocolate cake! Also!!! They’re a full service bar with alcoholic shakes!!UsefulFunnyCool

I would definitely recommend visiting the ice cream parlor for a dessert after pizza up stairs or just as a treat anytime. They also offer grown up desserts with various liquors or wine blended in.
